Our 3D Printing & Prototyping service uses the fast and affordable ZPrinter 450 from American company ZCorp. The ZPrinter 450 prints an actual, physical model of your 3D CAD drawing by printing ‘plains’ of bonded powder within a chamber in one side of the machine. By the end of the process, its a simple case of blowing the 3D model clean of the excess, unbonded powder to reveal the final piece.

Though not a new technology, 3D Printers are being used increasingly in the prototyping of 3D models. the University of Huddersfield told ZCorp:
